Description Gembala, McLaughlin & Pecora Co., LPA is a full-service law firm seeking to add an associate attorney to its Domestic Relations/Private Services department. This candidate should possess the following skills: Analyze, draft and negotiate a wide range of complaints, motions and other legal documents relevant to family law. Conduct legal research Provide comprehensive counsel and legal support to clients in matters of family law including adoption, divorce, dissolution, child custody, spousal support, domestic violence civil protection orders, qualified domestic relations orders, and other related areas Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate on their behalf Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OH State and Federal Laws relevant to family law; appellate and/or probate law a bonus Foster strong relationships with clients, offering them reassurance and empathetic advice during stressful times.
