Our Port Melbourne Hostel provides accommodation and care to older people who require assistance with daily living and personal care.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Wintringham is currently seeking experienced and proactive individuals to join our tight-knit and friendly Domestic Services team at our Port Melbourne Hostel. There are multiple shifts available working from 0800-1600. As a Domestic Services Assistant, you will be working across our cleaning, kitchen and laundry teams. Be part of a supportive and collaborative environment, where your dedication to excellence is recognised and valued.
Available shifts include:
Week 1: Monday (2 shifts available), Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (0800-1600)
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (2 shifts available) (0800-1600)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• To clean resident rooms, common areas, office spaces, cleaners and staff room as scheduled
• To replenish & maintain stock levels
• Cleaning & Laundry duties as per schedule
• To ensure provision of clean laundry throughout the home at all times
• To assist with the preparation and serving of all Meals, Drinks and Snacks in the kitchenettes
