Role Summary
The Domestic Student Recruiter drives inquiry, application, and enrolment growth from Canadian markets. You’ll develop territory plans, build relationships with high schools and community partners, run info sessions and portfolio days, and guide prospective students from first contact through registration—always delivering a high-touch, professional experience aligned with CMU’s brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent CMU at school visits, fairs, and community events; deliver brief presentations.
  • Host campus tours and information sessions (in person and virtual).
  • Respond to inquiries by phone/email and provide clear information on programs and admissions.
  • Guide applicants through required steps and coordinate with Admissions and Student Services.
  • Assist with open houses, orientation, convocation, and other events as needed.
  • Travel within the GTA/Ontario; occasional evening/weekend work.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in student recruitment, admissions, outreach, or customer service.
  • Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills; professional, student-focused approach.
  • Well organized; able to manage schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with standard office software; experience with databases/CRMs an asset.
  • Valid driver’s licence preferred.
