Job Title: Domestic Supervisor

Location: Barking Community Hospital, Upney Lane, Barking, Essex, IG11 9LX.
Pay rate: £14.92 per hour.
Rota and Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 2pm – 10pm.

As a Domestic Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services across NHS properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising a team of domestic staff to maintain high-quality cleaning standards.
• Scheduling and allocating work to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols, health and safety regulations, and infection control standards.
• Providing training and support to your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensuring adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
