Working as part of a team the successful applicant will report to The Administration Manager and be responsible for ensuring that the laundry/cleaning/catering service within the home is properly maintained to a high standard including attention to matters of health & safety and hygiene regulations. You will need good communication skills and an enthusiasm for working with older people, some of whom are living with Dementia. Ability to work comfortably in a Christian environment, operate within professional boundaries and within Older People Services Values are necessary prerequisites for the post.
You must have a good attendance record and be of smart appearance. The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of COSHH, the Ability to lone work and under pressure, a flexible approach and good time keeping skills. Training will be provided.
