JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Domestic Transportation/Truck Brokerage Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our domestic transportation services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer support to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to domestic trucking. You will serve as the main point of contact between our company and our customers, fostering strong relationships and delivering superior service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or related fields is a plus. 1- 3 Years Experience a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic trucking operations, including terminology, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and experience with logistics software or systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
