POSITION SUMMARY

The Domestic Wholesale Director will lead and expand Spinelli Kilcollin’s global wholesale operations. This strategic position is responsible for increasing revenue, strengthening existing wholesale partnerships, and discovering new opportunities in the domestic market. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in luxury retail and wholesale, a strong industry network, and a passion for brand growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Over 7 years of experience in wholesale sales, ideally in luxury fashion, jewelry, or accessories.
  • Established relationships with leading domestic and international retailers.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about design, craftsmanship, and luxury branding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/order management systems
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for market appointments and events.
    Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 annual base salary plus bonus, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a domestic wholesale strategy aligned with the company’s growth goals.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with key wholesale partners, including luxury department stores and specialty boutiques, and coordinate with the international sales director regarding international wholesale partners.
  • Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities in unexplored markets.
  • Lead seasonal market appointments, presentations, and trade shows.
  • Manage wholesale accounts and sales processes, including forecasting seasonal demand, negotiating terms, coordinating order fulfillment, and maintaining strong retailer relationships.
  • Work closely with Product Development and Production teams to ensure alignment between wholesale feedback and collection planning.
  • Analyze sales performance and key KPI tracking logs to create strategic insights to improve sales.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Visual teams to maintain brand consistency across all wholesale channels.
  • Develop and oversee the wholesale budget, sales goals, and reporting.
  • Hire, manage, and mentor wholesale support staff as necessary.
