OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes or through home care services. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential.
  • A good understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Basic IT skills are advantageous for maintaining records and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
