JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of care plans, ensuring that all residents receive personalised attention tailored to their individual needs. This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive environment for both staff and residents in settings such as nursing homes, assisted living, and home care.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursing home, assisted living facility, or similar environment is essential.
  • A background in nursing or healthcare management is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively while demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
  • Familiarity with care plan development and implementation is crucial.
  • Experience in supervising staff and coordinating care services will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to liaise with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

    Pay: £37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
