Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of care plans, ensuring that all residents receive personalised attention tailored to their individual needs. This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive environment for both staff and residents in settings such as nursing homes, assisted living, and home care.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursing home, assisted living facility, or similar environment is essential.
  • A background in nursing or healthcare management is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively while demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
  • Familiarity with care plan development and implementation is crucial.
  • Experience in supervising staff and coordinating care services will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to liaise with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage individual care plans for residents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff, providing guidance and leadership to ensure effective team performance.
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to coordinate comprehensive care services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead training sessions for staff on best practices in care management and resident support.
  • Foster a positive environment that promotes resident dignity, respect, and independence.
