Guild Care is looking for a Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our Home Care service, ensuring our CQC-regulated support is person-centred, high quality, and delivered with love, respect, and professionalism. You’ll inspire and guide our dedicated care team, helping older people, including those living with dementia, to thrive in their own homes.

Salary: £37,878 – £42,327 (Depending on experience)

  • Hours: 35 per week

Location: Worthing & Adur area
Closing date: Friday 22nd August at 5pm
Expectation to become a Registered Manager with CQC by the end of the 6-month probation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Service Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping a high-quality, person-centred service. You’ll:

  • Lead & Inspire: Our dedicated Domiciliary Care Team
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of our Home Care service, ensuring every visit counts
  • Ensure CQC standards are met and achieve at least a Good rating
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, staff, and professionals
  • Manage rotas, cover absences, and sometimes roll up your sleeves to deliver direct care
  • Drive growth within the service while keeping budgets on track
  • Keep safety, quality, and dignity at the centre of everything
