ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication support)
Assist with mobility and transfers
Maintain a safe and clean environment
Accurately document care notes and medical records
Communicate effectively with service users and their families
Engage with clients to ensure their well-being and happiness
