We support clients in their homes 1:1, take them out for the day and work with local businesses to provide the best possible care in the Southwest. REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ months experience in a care home or home care setting.
• Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Candidates MUST have a driving licence and have access to their own car
• Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
