About the job
We are recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers and Live-in Care Workers to provide personal care and practical support to clients in their own homes.
Available shifts include flexible hours, with opportunities to work up to 12-hour shifts, weekdays, evenings, weekends, and live-in placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with medication in accordance with care plans and company policies.
- Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration.
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community activities where required.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor and report any changes in a client's health or wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding procedures.
- Respect each client's dignity, privacy, independence, and individual preferences.
What We're Looking For
- A caring, compassionate, and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is an advantage but not essential.
