JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Domiciliary Care Worker with a valid UK driver’s license to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to patients in our clients homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to follow care plans while working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred candidate must be a female, and familiar with Kent environment (Chatham, Gillingham, Rainham or Rochester) and must be willing to cover this locations.
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with patients and colleagues.
• Previous experience in a care home, home care as well as domiciliary/outreach setting is desirable and mandatory.
• Familiarity with IT systems for documentation and communication purposes is advantageous.
• Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate empathetic with patients.
• A valid driving license is required for this roles to travel between locations.
