We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated FEMALE CARER DRIVERS to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their own home at flexible time intervals . You will work closely with healthcare professionals to implement care plans and assist with daily living activities, making a positive impact on the lives of those you care for.
Duties
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support patients in maintaining their independence by encouraging participation in their care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient progress and any changes in condition accurately.
- Help with mobility and transportation needs, including driving patients to appointments if required.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.
Skills
- Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting patients as needed.
- Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: £12.21-£13.85 per hour
