ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health, or complex needs is preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable with good communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability to work on a bank (casual) basis, including evenings and weekends
  • Willing to undertake training and hold relevant qualifications if possible
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our client is looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Support Workers to provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements in their own homes across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Support service users with daily living activities, promoting independence and wellbeing
  • Build trusting and respectful relationships with service users
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in health or behaviour promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided
