OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals in home care services. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A valid driving licence is preferred
• Basic IT skills are necessary for maintaining records and using care management software.
• A caring attitude, patience, and empathy towards individuals requiring assistance are crucial traits for success in this role. • Provide personal care and support to residents or clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Foster a warm and supportive environment, encouraging social interaction and engagement among residents or clients.
• Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.
• Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and communication purposes, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure a cohesive approach to care delivery.
