EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred
  • Basic IT skills are necessary for maintaining records and using care management software.
  • A caring attitude, patience, and empathy towards individuals requiring assistance are crucial traits for success in this role.
