JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking multiple reliable and motivated Pizza Delivery Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for transporting food safely and efficiently to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Several shift types are available but primarily we are looking for supper time on Friday and Saturday. Other days and longer shifts are available as well though. Ideal start time is 4pm.
Please note this job is not suitable for obtaining help with immigration.

EXPERIENCE

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members.
  Compensation:
  -This is a contract position which pays cash. Payout is made at the end of each week. Or potentially at the end of your shift depending on amount of cash available in the store.
  -Mileage reimbursement per delivery to help offset gas and maintainence costs.
  -All tips go directly to the driver.
  -Between tips, mileage, and hourly most drivers average between $20-$30 an hour.

Daytime 1030am - supper time around 6 or 7pm
Supper rush 4pm-7 or 8 pm
Late driver - 4pm - between 9pm and midnight
Closing driver - 4pm - 1am weekdays or 3am weekends.

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
  Requirements:
  -Must have your own vehicle.
  -Must have a valid drivers licence and insurance.
  -Must have a clean driving record.
  -Must be currently located in Nova Scotia, no applications from outside the Halifax region will be considered.
