Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Domo Engineer, you’ll build high-quality dashboards that bring our clients’ operational data to life. You’ll work closely with legal Data Strategists and leadership to convert clear requirements into dashboards that are fast, accurate, and visually intuitive.
This is a mid-level role for someone with at least 2–3 years of hands-on Domo experience
who can take a project brief and run with it. You’ll support multiple client implementations at once and help build the foundation of Swyft’s scalable dashboard system.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Translate logic and specifications from strategists into polished Domo dashboards using

Magic ETL, DataFlows, and Beast Modes.

  • Lead data mapping and scoping efforts by defining source systems, outlining

transformation logic, and documenting how data will be integrated in Domo to meet

business requirements with clarity, quality and consistency.

  • Build and maintain clean, scalable cards, filters, drill paths, and user-level access.
  • Help templatize dashboard pages and data sources for reusability across clients.
  • QA and test dashboards before strategist/client review to ensure clean visuals and logic

alignment.

  • Troubleshoot issues with data mapping, joins, or calculations in collaboration with the

Data Strategist.

  • Suggest and apply UI/UX improvements for better dashboard usability.
  • Maintain documentation for logic, filters, and build processes to support internal growth.
