We’re looking for a Donation Sorting Associate who enjoys staying active, working behind the scenes, and contributing to a meaningful mission. What you’ll do: Sort donated items by type, size, and condition to prepare them for resale or distribution Separate items for resale, recycling, or disposal based on quality standards Meet or exceed hourly production goals while maintaining accuracy Keep the processing area clean, organized, and fully stocked Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while handling donations Assist with labeling, inventory tracking, and shipment preparation as needed Support team operations and pitch in wherever needed—teamwork is key! What we’re looking for: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Team player who can also work independently Comfortable working with inventory and handling equipment safely Flexibility to work evenings and weekends What the job is like: This is a hands-on, active role—you’ll be on your feet throughout your shift, sorting, lifting, and organizing items in a fast-moving environment. If you enjoy staying busy and productive, this is a great fit.
