Description Location: Austin, TX (hybrid potential) Term: Temporary, 1–2 months Position Summary: During this critical time of disaster response, ADRN is seeking a team member to serve as our Temporary Donor Relations Coordinator. This temporary position will personally thank donors for their gifts, provide updates about the impact of their support, and offer prayer and encouragement as appropriate. Key Responsibilities: Make thank-you phone calls to donors and express sincere appreciation on behalf of ADRN. Write personal thank-you notes and assist with email follow-ups. Listen with empathy and offer prayer or spiritual encouragement as requested. Coordinate with the development and communications teams to ensure consistency in donor messaging. Track outreach activity and meaningful donor interactions in CRM/database. Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Warm, empathetic presence with active listening abilities. Experience with donor databases or CRM systems preferred. Work Environment: Office with a possible hybrid setting with a focus on phone, video, and written communication. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position may have direct supervisory responsibilities for volunteers (e.g., prayer or thank-you note teams). Travel Required: Local travel as needed. Travel during deployment may be necessary. Work Authorization: Employees must be authorized to work in the United States under federal requirements.
