In this role, you’ll provide heartfelt service, encouraging donors to make life-saving blood and plasma donations, through a mix of outbound and inbound calls.   To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring: A donor-centric approach with experience in fast-paced environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A collaborative attitude and the ability to foster a positive team culture. Strong attention to detail and a quick ability to learn new processes and systems. A commitment to privacy, quality, and excellence in every interaction. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on understanding and meeting donor needs. Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment. A passion for continuous learning and exceeding KPIs.   Training and Rostering Training: 4-week in-office program (8:30am–4:30pm), followed by 4–5 weeks of in-office consolidation. Flexible Work: After training, hybrid work-from-home arrangements are available for added flexibility.
