DONUT BAKER / KITCHEN MANAGER

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Donut Baker/Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. This role combines hands-on baking with team leadership and is essential to hitting our daily production goals. You’ll operate our commercial donut machine, manage recipes and prep, and ensure food safety standards are met every day.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous bakery/pastry or high-volume kitchen experience required
  • Leadership or kitchen management background strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and commercial kitchen operations
  • Comfortable with early morning hours (3–10 AM start times)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency
  • Passion for baking and creating products that bring joy to the community
