  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge of FIVE Hotels and recognises Regular Guests, delivering Sensational Personalised Service and Guest Relations.
  • Provides accurate Waiting Times and effectively manages Seating Arrangements, optimising the ‘FIVE-Star’ Guest Experience.
  • Creates and maintains an Electrifying ‘Vibe at FIVE’ for Guests, Meticulously accommodating Guests preferences and special requests.
  • Greets Guests with Warmth and Professionalism, embodying the Essence of FIVE and setting the tone for a Next-Level Guest Experience.
  • Enhances the Guest Experience through Attentive assistance, anticipating needs and Exceeding Expectations.
  • Extends special courtesies to VIP Guests, ensuring their Comfort and Satisfaction throughout their experience.
  • Upholds the Highest Standards of Insta-Worthy Grooming and Conduct.
  • Continuously seeks opportunities to enhance Guests’ perception of FIVE.
  • Takes Ownership of the Entrance, serving as the Guests’ first Point of Contact.
  • Efficiently executes Guest List and Ticket Verification procedures, maintaining a Balance between Exclusivity and Accessibility.
  • Employs strategic Crowd Management Techniques to regulate Guest flow and prevent congestion while upholding FIVE’s Exacting Standards.
  • Maintains constant Vigilance over the Entrance Area, promptly addressing any potential Security Concerns or disruptive behaviour.
  • Collaborates closely with the Security Team to implement proactive measures and Respond Effectively to incidents or emergencies.
  • Leads by example, Embodying Professionalism, integrity, and teamwork in interactions with Door Staff and fellow FIVE Tribe Members.
  • Provides ongoing Support and Guidance to the Team, fostering a Collaborative Environment where everyone feels Empowered to Excel.
  • Conducts regular Training sessions and briefings to ensure ‘FIVERs’ are well-informed and aligned with Operational Standards and Objectives.
  • Acts as a liaison between Guests and other Departments, facilitating Seamless communication and Resolving queries or issues with Finesse.
  • Serves as a Proud Ambassador of FIVE, embodying its Spirit of Next-Level Entertainment, Creativity, and Sustainability in Every interaction.
