As Door Ambassador, you will play a key role in being the first positive interaction that a guest has at the hotel. This includes having an in-depth knowledge of the hotel and city to showcase all it has to offer.
Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s operation and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!

As Door Ambassador, key aspects of your role will include:

• Greet and escort guests to rooms.
• Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the property.
• Assist with luggage, storage and retrieval.
• Supply guests with directions.
• Arrange transportation for guests and visitors.
• Communicate parking procedures with guests and visitors.
• Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s voice is present in your interactions with guests.
• Follow company policies and procedures in reporting accidents and injuries.
• Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of information shared by guests.
• Welcome, acknowledge, anticipate and address guests’ needs.
• Speak using clear and professional language, using appropriate etiquette.
• Use proper manual handling techniques when assisting with luggage.
• Assist with valet parking when required (driving licence required)
• Perform other reasonable job duties requested by the Manager.
