Position Summary
Working in our state-of-the-art Door Production warehouse, the Production team produces and manufactures doors. The shifts are Monday - Friday and the wage range is $22 - $27.50 per hour. This is a temporary position until January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and manufacture doors using CNC machines and tools.
  • Comply with all safety requirements.
  • Use of power tools, such as table saw, chop saw, radial arm saw, and routers.
  • Read work orders over before beginning door production manufacturing to ensure you have all necessary information.
  • Understand machine processes, paperwork systems and quality standards.
  • Assist with coordination of workflow within manufacturing plant and supply chain to expedite production.
  • Record any product used that is not on face of work order.
  • Advise supervisor of low inventory or other product concerns
  • Keep work area organized and free of debris at the end of the day.
  • Check machining, cutting, and processing tolerances against required standards.
  • Various other duties as required or directed by management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Background in construction finishing work an asset.
  • Detail orientated with disciplined work habits.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills (Ability to speak, read and write in English)
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Use of pneumatic staple guns and pinners.
  • Good knowledge of basic mathematics

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Pulling, pushing, bending and torso twisting movements with weight.
