IDEALLY, YOU’LL HAVE SOME OR ALL THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • A natural person who making others feel welcome.
  • Prior 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or guest-facing role.
  • Fluent in English. (Additional language is a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Create a lasting impression by being the hotel’s ambassador, offering a professional, and welcoming presence at all times.
  • Warmly welcome every guest with a sincere greeting in the local language, setting the tone for a heartfelt and memorable stay.
  • Assist with arrivals, luggage, and directions with flair and efficiency.
  • Guide guests with hotel highlights, and a smile that says you’re in great hands.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs intuitively offering thoughtful support during their arrival and departure.
  • Work closely with our concierge, valet, and front office teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Whether it’s remembering a guest’s name or celebrating a special occasion, you’ll turn little touches into big memories.
