OVERVIEW

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our events team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at our venue, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring entry points, managing crowd control, and implementing loss prevention strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a security role is preferred, particularly in a supervisory capacity, minimum of 3 years experience
• Certification in first aid is highly desirable, as well as ACT and WAVE certification.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence is required for this position.
• 5 years of checkable work history
