POSITION OVERVIEW:

World-class Security Ltd is recruiting highly professional Door Supervisors for a high-profile private event attended by wealthy and private clientele. Applicants must demonstrate absolute discretion, integrity, and exceptional professionalism. This assignment requires individuals capable of operating confidently in sensitive, VIP environments where client confidentiality is paramount.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
• Previous experience in VIP, UHNW, or private event security preferred
• Impeccable appearance, conduct, and communication
• Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Right to work in the UK (PAYE only position)
• Excellent situational awareness and judgement
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods
• Fluent English (additional languages advantageous)

• Provide discreet, visible, and unobtrusive security presence.
• Control access and manage guest screening with tact and professionalism.
• Monitor venue perimeter, guest behaviour, and potential risks.
• Intervene in incidents calmly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Liaise directly with venue management and emergency services as required.
• Safeguard client privacy, safety, and the integrity of the event.
