With varying shift lengths of a minimum of 5 hours, including nights and days, duties include:

• Greet and assist customers while addressing their queries.
• Guide event attendees through entry points with search and way marking support.
• Patrol designated areas and monitor crowd movements
• Resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
• Collaborate and communicate seamlessly with other team members.

What qualities are we looking for?

• Hold an SIA Licence in Door Supervision or Close Protection
• A friendly smile and an outgoing demeanour that instils customer confidence
• Team spirit and dedication to support fellow team members
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English
• A positive and can-do attitude when faced with challenges
• Flexibility to work various shifts
