Now Hiring: Door Supervisors – Nightlife Venues
Location: [south and east London]
Employer: MBA Secured Ltd – International Safety Provider
Hours: Night shifts (Weekends and occasional weekdays)
Pay Rate: [13-16 £/hr rate] – paid weekly via PAYE/self-employed (as applicable)
About the Role:
We are seeking professional and reliable SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our security team for nightlife venues in the Greenwich area. You will play a key role in maintaining safety, security, and a positive experience for guests.

Duties Include:

  • Conducting customer searches on entry
  • Managing queues and crowd flow
  • Conflict resolution and incident management
  • Liaising with management, bar staff, and emergency services
  • Completing incident reports and logs

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • 5-year checkable work history (BS 7858 vetting)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Professional appearance and punctuality

Preferred but not essential:

  • First Aid qualification
  • Experience in nightclub or high-footfall environments
