ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Door Supervisors to work in busy, high-profile venues such as pubs, bars, and nightclubs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, vibrant environment while playing a key role in keeping people safe.
Shifts: Candidates must be available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meeting and greeting customers on arrival
• Conducting ID checks and customer searches
• Managing queues and crowd control
• Adhering to assignment instructions and risk assessments
• Ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and property
• Representing T3 Security and our clients to the highest standard
• Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues, and venue staff
• Responding calmly and effectively to incidents both inside and outside venues
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
