We’re currently looking for reliable, well-presented, and committed Door Supervisors to join our team at Premium venues in Leamington Spa’s vibrant nightlife scene. These are premium locations that require a strong security presence and high standards of service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential – you must be able to travel reliably to and from venues)
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Professional, reliable, and confident under pressure
• Must be available to work every Friday and Saturday, 21:00 – 04:00
• A strong commitment to customer service and safety

Experience:

• security: 2 years (required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, and the venue
• Control access, perform ID checks, and enforce venue policies
• Professionally handle and de-escalate conflict situations
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor for potential risks
• Respond to emergencies and liaise with venue management and emergency services
• Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
