JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a security role, particularly as a Door Supervisor, is preferred.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and staff.

Licence/Certification:

• SIA Door Supervisor license (required)

• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify and address any suspicious behaviour.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage within the premises.
• Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of all individuals on site.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter anti-social behaviour and enforce venue policies.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required during incidents.
• Prepare detailed reports on any incidents or breaches of security for management review.
