We’re currently hiring experienced Door Supervisors to work at high-profile venues and national chains across Stockton-on-Tees. Specific assignments will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor License
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Door Supervisor in the UK
• Must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights (some Sunday shifts available)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 5-year checkable work history

Example Shift Patterns:

• Friday: 21:00–02:30 | Saturday: 21:00–02:30 | Sunday: 20:30–02:30
• Friday: 22:00–02:30 | Saturday: 21:00–02:30

Your Duties Will Include:

• Welcoming and greeting customers on entry
• ID checks and managing entry protocols
• Conducting searches in line with venue policy
• Managing crowd control and overseeing fire exits
