JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. This role requires excellent observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and security.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a security role is preferred but not essential.
  • Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence is required.
  • Knowledge of first aid procedures is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail are essential for identifying potential risks.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict situations professionally.
