DOOR TO DOOR (D2D) SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven D2D Sales Representative to join our Residential sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our telecommunications products and services—including internet, TV, home phone, and wireless solutions—directly to residential customers. You will represent our brand in the community, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through face-to-face interactions.
Reports To: VP, Residential Sales / Manager, Farms & Acreages

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years experience in a sales or marketing role.
  • A valid driver’s license is required
  • Sales and/or marketing experience in the telecommunications field is beneficial.
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sale targets and expectations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas to promote telecom products and services.
  • Present and explain service packages clearly to potential customers, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, pricing, and competitors’ offerings.
  • Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
