KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all customer inquiries, reservations, and confirmations effectively.
• Engage with the public face-to-face at events, in residential neighbourhoods, and on the street.
• Build relationships with potential donors.
• Work in a team setting with daily coaching, training, and motivation sessions
• Train staff on company policies and sales systems.
• Represent our charity with professionalism
