JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand, engage customers, and drive fundraising efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to achieve marketing goals. The Marketer will also engage in door-to-door outreach and telemarketing initiatives to connect with potential clients and supporters.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Experience in fundraising or electioneering is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telemarketing practices and customer service principles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to engage in door-to-door outreach as part of marketing initiatives.
