JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Generation Team to drive our ECO4 initiatives through door-to-door canvassing and to lead a high-performing team of lead generators. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ECO4 frameworks, a proven record in generating high-quality leads, and the leadership skills required to manage, train, and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with homeowners to explain the benefits of ECO4/GBIS energy efficiency upgrades (insulation, heating controls, solar, etc.).
  • Qualify homeowners by conducting initial eligibility assessments.
  • Accurately gather and record customer information and consent.
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads and maintain comprehensive records of daily activities.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of lead generators to achieve and exceed defined targets.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and development where required.
  • Provide homeowners with clear, accurate information on available grants and services.
  • Regularly report to management, share insights, and collaborate to optimize outreach strategies.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in door-to-door sales or lead generation, specifically within the ECO4 or energy efficiency industry.
  • Solid understanding of ECO4 funding criteria and processes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to inspire, lead, and develop a results-driven team.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working both independently and as a leader.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle (highly desirable).
