Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (required

• Using a range of methods to generate leads
• Engaging with potential clients face-to-face to convert sales.
• Gathering information from clients.
• Providing clear and concise information about the services available.
• Liaising with field-based and office-based colleagues over the phone and via WhatsApp to progress sales.

Role requirements:

• At least six months of Door to Door sales experience required
• Housing Disrepair experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills, particularly on mobile/tablet.
• Must have your own smart phone.
• Must have your own motor vehicle and clean UK driving license.
• Exude confidence, enthusiasm and energy.
• Ability to manage own workload effectively, take responsibility and handle pressure.
• Hard working, resilient and driven.
• Confidence when dealing with a wide variety of people.

Nice to have:

• Experience of housing inspection or surveying is an advantage, but not required.
• Experience in the home improvement industry is an advantage, but not required.
