JOB DESCRIPTION

As a member of our door canvassing team, you will be responsible for converting prospects into successful customers. We are looking for people who are confident in their ability to engage residents at their door, resulting in an application being made with us.
We have an in-house team who deliver ongoing customer service, so you can assure customers with confidence that we can deliver a great service throughout their application. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service while promoting the products available to them.

SKILLS

This is a field-based role so you will need to be able to drive, and preferably have a decent knowledge of the area. Ideal candidate - friendly, smart, professional and punctual.
We would prefer previous experience in door-to-door sales, or other relevant customer facing roles. Previous similar roles will be noted when reviewing your application.

The successful candidate will be employed by Sales Solutions, working in partnership with 0800 Repair.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £550 - £750.00 per week

Additional pay:

• Commission pay (earn an additional £20,000 -£40,000 per year + other bonuses)

• Engage potential customers at their door and generate an application using our bespoke CRM system - an iPad will be provided to complete these applications
• Advising customers of Energy Grants available
• Work towards weekly and monthly team targets
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Excellent communication skills and a polite manner will be required
• Full training and support will be given
