We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our growing team at Crystal Window and Gutter Cleaning. In this role, you’ll walk residential neighborhoods in Mississauga and surrounding areas, engaging with homeowners and offering our trusted window and gutter cleaning services — backed by our bold promise:

REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable starting conversations and speaking with new people
• Positive, resilient attitude — rejection doesn’t shake you
• Confidence in presenting information clearly
• Self-discipline and time management skills
• Ability to walk outdoors for several hours a day
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required

• Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to introduce our services
• Present our offerings with confidence and professionalism
• Track your progress using simple mobile tools (we’ll train you)
• Provide great customer service and follow-up when needed
• Share ideas to help improve outreach strategies
• Maintain consistency and a positive attitude in the field
