Position: Solar Sales Representative
Location: Multiple Areas – Field-Based
Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission

• Lead generation: 1 year (preferred

• Engaging directly with homeowners via door-to-door outreach and lead generation
• Presenting the long-term financial and environmental benefits of going solar
• Closing deals with confidence and building lasting customer relationships
• Working towards clear, rewarding weekly and monthly targets

• Representing Greenstar Solar with pride, professionalism, and purpose

✅ What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, cold calling, or telesales
• Confidence, resilience, and the drive to succeed
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• A self-motivated mindset with a desire to hit and exceed targets

• A full UK driving licence is a bonus but not essential
