We are currently hiring motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working independently, and being active within their local community. In this position, you will engage with residents in your area to introduce and promote fibre optic services. You will build relationships, have meaningful conversations, and help customers understand how these services can benefit their everyday lives. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, personable, and interested in earning strong income while working in their own or nearby communities. What You’ll Be Doing · Connect with residents in your community and surrounding areas to introduce fibre optic services · Have friendly, informative conversations to help customers understand available services · Build trust and relationships through respectful, community-based interactions · Represent the company in a professional and positive way · Track your daily activity and customer interactions · Work independently while staying connected with your team for support and coaching What We Offer · $20-$25/hour base pay plus commission · Flexible full-time scheduling · Paid training and ongoing support · Travel and accommodation support when required · Opportunities to grow within the company · A supportive and team-oriented environment What We’re Looking For · Someone who enjoys talking to people and building connections · Strong communication and listening skills · Self-motivated and comfortable working independently · Reliable and responsible · Open to learning and developing new skills Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
