JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their neighborhoods, presenting Rogers Internet, WiFi, TV, and Mobility services, and building lasting customer relationships.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service — all while enjoying uncapped earning potential (top reps earn $2,000+/week).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a persuasive approach to selling
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently
  • Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive attitude
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel within designated neighborhoods on foot or by vehicle
  • A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the assigned territory
Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to prospective customers
