JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers directly at their homes, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or Door-to-door sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing practices and inside sales techniques.
  • Proficient in using Jobber or similar CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. (French is preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with outbound calling practices is a plus.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
