JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage potential customers directly in their neighborhoods, present our products and services, and foster relationships that lead to sales. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth. This position is per day incentive-based, so your earnings directly reflect your performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or door-to-door sales is preferred
  • Familiarity with telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Experience using CRM software for tracking sales activities is a plus
  • Knowledge of business development strategies and marketing principles
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results
Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door visits to present alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and monitoring plans to potential customers
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve daily targets
  • Engage in outbound and warm calling to follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for effective outreach
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to communicate benefits effectively
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product understanding
