We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Door to Door Sales Representatives (Commission-Based) to join our client’s dynamic team in the Dartmouth, Nova Scotia Area!
As a commission-based sales representative, you will be responsible for selling our products/services directly to customers in designated territories. This is an uncapped earning opportunity, where your earnings are directly tied to your sales performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in door-to-door sales or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport.
• Self-Motivation: Strong self-motivation and discipline, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and understand our products/services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Full-time availability (8-hour shifts).
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Eligibility for a provincially-regulated security license (clean criminal background; license costs covered by the company).
• Ability to work in person and travel to local areas for door-to-door sales.

Pay: $641.48-$652.78 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with potential customers at their residences, presenting and selling our products/services
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals, with a focus on building a strong customer base
• Territory Management: Manage your sales territory efficiently, maximizing sales opportunities and building relationships with customers
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner
