Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Polaron Solar, engaging directly with potential customers and generating interest in our solar solutions. This is a lead generation role where you’ll connect with homeowners in person, educate them about the benefits of solar, and set appointments for our solar specialists.
This is the perfect place to start and grow your sales career with full training provided by some of the most high-performing leaders in the solar industry. Top performers will have the opportunity to transition into closing roles and become Solar Specialists, earning even higher commissions and advancing quickly within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods (field-based role)
  • Generate qualified leads and set appointments for Solar Specialists
  • Clearly explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
  • Represent Polaron Solar with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
